Dr Hayley Donohue

Biography:

Clinical Lead of Mental Health & Peer Support Services

Hayley is a Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults across a range of services in public hospital and community settings. She has a special interest in LGBTQ mental health and attachment-based family interventions for adolescents. She understands that each person is unique and requires a tailored approach to therapy that is simultaneously informed by evidence-based knowledge. She believes that warmth, authenticity, trust, and humour are key ingredients in a strong therapeutic relationship.

Hayley is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). She completed her undergraduate studies, Honours degree, Master of Clinical Psychology, and PhD in Clinical Psychology, all at the University of Sydney. She has published in scientific journals and presented at national and international Psychology conferences.
