Kaleido’s counselling services are delivered by highly skilled mental health professionals. While Medicare rebates and total session costs vary based on your therapist’s qualifications, we maintain equitable pricing—ensuring your out-of-pocket expenses remain the same, no matter which clinician you see. *While we cannot offer free counselling to clients who meet our Bulk Billing Criteria for General Practice services, we do provide a discounted rate of $50.
Telehealth is available for most mental health appointments. Telehealth and in-person appointments are charged at the same rate. Full fee payment is required for counselling services if clients don’t have a mental health care plan from a GP.
