Kaleido’s counselling services are delivered by highly skilled mental health professionals. While Medicare rebates and total session costs vary based on your therapist’s qualifications, we maintain equitable pricing—ensuring your out-of-pocket expenses remain the same, no matter which clinician you see. While we cannot offer free counselling to clients who meet our Bulk Billing Criteria for General Practice services, we do provide a discounted rate of $50. ^^Requires internal referral from a Kaleido GP or Mental Health Clinician.*
Telehealth is available for most mental health appointments. Telehealth and in-person appointments are charged at the same rate. Full fee payment is required for counselling services if clients don’t have a mental health care plan from a GP.
